Job Requirements

  • Prepare tables with special attention to ensure proper sanitization

Job Requirements

  • Reporting to work on time and in uniform
  • Cleaning the kitchen before and after food service.
  • Completing all prep work prior to the restaurant opening
  • Cleaning all the kitchen equipment before and after use.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen per restaurant and health department standards
  • Preparing all dishes per restaurant specifications
  • Complete understanding of the menu and ability to execute dishes per specs
  • Ability to work independently without supervision while maintaining restaurants standards of service and quality of dishes
  • Work efficiently and pleasantly with the other kitchen staff.

Bartender

Job Requirements

  • Greet, serve, and be attentive to all guests at the bar
  • Pour drinks using standard pours and according to specifications.
  • Maintain a speedy and efficient service bar.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times

Busser

Job Requirements

  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
  • Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.
  • Remove trash and garbage and take to dumpster.
  • Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
  • Sweep/mop floors.
  • Sweep up trash around the exterior of the restaurant and garbage dumpster
  • Wipe up any spills in a timely manner to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education preferred.
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred.
  • Basic food and beverage knowledge
  • Ability to demonstrate basic ServSafe standards of food handling safety required.

Physical Requirement

  • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
  • Must be able to move items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
  • Able to remain standing and active for an 8 to 12 hour-long shift. This could include going up and downstairs.
